Fixed a shader issue where it was taking a shader from another character automatically

Fixed the glaring issued with kings claw and beast pillar where theyre always invulnerable on startup. Now only has unvulnerability on initiative

- Tiger Blitz final hit wall slams
- Tiger Blitz ground bounces to hopefully stop randomly dropping

- Kings Claw rework, now hits three times
- Tiger Rush no longer cancels or interrupts into itself
- Messed Up now requires 2 bars to use
- Clawnado has a new animation and slightly changed frame data
