Lambda-11 1.4.0 changes:

[#] Meter rework: Long range projectiles now use a set amount of meter instead of the meter decreasing over time. Hopefully this change allows Lambda-11 to play more reactively and/or more flexible

[#] Now has a effect to show which phase Lambda-11 is in

[#] Altered Sword summon stats, don't really know how to explain it but I like how it feels more

[+] Down Special hitstop increased (30 -> 42)

[-] Down Special hitstun decreased (36 -> 24)

[-] Down Special knockback growth decreased (50 -> 40) (keeps the opponent stuck the same amount of time but it shouldnt be an instant kill anymore)

[-] Active frames of all projectiles decreased (less but still sizable range)

[-] Meter gained on projectile hit decreased by a third (uses more meter overall)

[-] Forward tilt now has around 30 frames of recovery total (to discourage spamming)

[-] Forward strong now has a sourspot

[-] Forward strong knockback decreased (baseKnockback: 68, knockbackGrowth: 85-> baseKnockback: 68, knockbackGrowth: 75)
