moved agincourt block r to tier 2 for updating mid-save reasons

agincourt block r:
changed top aux gun to a regular gun. starts as coilgun

applies to all variants;
update somehow broke a few waypoints and unlinked them, even in saves where the sub was already loaded - you will probably have to rebuy the sub if you're on an existing save
added manual lock to armory via lever at captain. this should help with events that spawn human enemies inside the sub or have you invade outposts.

moved purge moonpool to a lever in the room above moonpool. this locks the hatch while active
moved integral detonators to switchboard
battery room renamed from junction room to electrical
increased mineral sonar power consumption - voltage is low so you can still flicker it on/off without killing ship
minor sprite depth fixes
