Update: 21 Jul @ 4:18pm

- Introducing "Fast Sharpening" (?):
-- When ending the turn without acting, you can hold "Get" key (default: G) to spend 5 Sharpening Fins from your Stash to sharp your weapon even more.

Update: 17 Nov, 2024 @ 4:05am

- Fixed Sharpness and Erosion accidentally affecting you fists
- Now the mod has a similar mechanic to the passive "Timed Hits": If you hold "use" key before the attack hits you target, Erosion wont rise. You will have to practice this, as the timing varies from weapon to weapon.

Update: 22 May, 2024 @ 9:40am

- Fixed an small formula error

Update: 22 May, 2024 @ 9:33am

- Fixed "Erosion" not working inside combat
- Now Erosion will only rise when you actually hit something instead of being able to rise when hitting thin air

Update: 9 May, 2024 @ 7:48am

- Added a missing check for "finished tutorial", to be 100% sure this mod wont activate during said sequence

Update: 9 May, 2024 @ 7:26am

- Update for all my mods with global mechanics. Now they are all disabled for the tutorial and enabled once you sail at least 1 step on Eral. This is done to prevent the tutorial from breaking. If you had the mod on an older save, just going outside and sail will be enough to re-enable them forever. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Update: 3 May, 2024 @ 7:51pm

- Updated all my mods that used base game formulas to use clones instead of direct overrides. This fixes the mods not being compatible with any other mod that also made use of base game formulas.
- The mod mechanics now also work outside combat (even with counters), but inside combat counters wont raise Erosion, as intended. In other words, in combat weapon Erosion can only be generated when you are having you turn.
- "Sharp!" now stacks up to 10
- Damage bonus changed to fixed 1 per sharpness (ignores defenses)
- Whetstone necklace and Gold scabbard, when equipped, allow you to start the combat with 1 level of "Sharpness". The Gold scabbard also allows you to build it up on kills made on you turn.
- Handwrap and Mythril Gloves, when equipped, allow you to raise "Sharpness" when dodging/blocking an attack. The Mythril Gloves also allow you to generate Sharpness when ending the turn witouth moving.
- Sharpenning Fins reworked:
-- Now they give 5 levels of Sharpness if used witouth any level and 10 if used with at least 1 level of it
-- Additionally, they now give "Protective Polish". Consumed on each succesfull attack, each level reduces by 1% the chance you have to loose a Sharpness level when landing a hit. Amount you get its equal to how much weapon Erosion the fin removes.
- Updated Decorations to fit the new mechanics

Update: 31 Mar, 2024 @ 2:45pm

- Fixed Erosion from different sources not stacking

Update: 28 Feb, 2024 @ 3:46pm

Reworked Sharpness and Erosion behaviour
-- Erosion no longer inflicts self dmg based on level
-- Erosion now reduces melee damage on 5% per stack
-- Sharpness no longer has "exploit attack" propieties
-- Now, Sharpness increases melee damage by 10% per stack
-- Sharpness decreases by 1 on each melee attack, until it reaches 0

Update: 27 Dec, 2023 @ 8:35am

- New mod mechanic: Decorations
-- An Stone which can be crafted by the player that works as an item augment. Allows to play with the mechanics of the mod a bit further, and are meant to incentivate builds variety
-- This mod features 2, and both require a Dud Trigger to be crafted plus either one Sharpenning Fin or Repair Tools
- Added "Erosion Resistance" stat used by the mod. Each 1% you have gives a chance to ignore 1 incoming level of Erosion.
- Cleever fleets now have a chance to drop Dud Triggers
