Balance
Uair - This move juggles a little too well right now. Making it send a bit further will make it juggle less at lower percents. Adding Endlag will also make it harder to juggle with.
- Increased endlag by 4 frames
- Increased scaling 50 -> 60
- Increase Base knockback 60 - > 70

Utilt - Seen a couple of people complain about this move, it may just have too good of frame data for how big it is.Increasing its endlag to make whiff punishing it easier.
- Increased endlag by 4 frames

Dair - This move chains into itself a bit too reliably.
- Increased start up frames by 2.
- Increased endlag frames by 4.
- Reduced active hitbox frames by 1, 4 -> 3.

Fstrong - This move kills too reliably when spiking off the side at low percents. In Rivals you can reliably wall tech this but there is no such thing in fray makers. I will adjust it so this move does lower base but more knockback so the opponent can react to it and still possibly live at normal mid range percents. Also adding more hitstop to make reacting to the move easier.
- Reduced base knockback 50 -> 30
- Increased knockback growth 30 -> 50.
- Increased Base hitstop by 4, 6 -> 12.
- Increased Endlag by 4 frames.

Fspecial - This move is hard to contest and punish in fray makers versus rivals. The different design of airdodging may make dodging this move a lot harder than I thought.
- Increased Endlag by 14 frames of the roll portion to make punishing this move when whiffed easier.
- Made the roll cover less distance (6 xspeed -> 4 xspeed) to make punishing this move when whiffed easier.
- Made grabbox much smaller.

Dspecial - This move felt weird to land because it basically teleported you on hit and made it seem like it went further than it actually did. Added in some light interpolation and momentum to make it feel better and also made the grab box smaller in general.
- Updated animation properties so that it looks more natural to land this.
- Made Grab box smaller.

Bugs
Fspecial & Dthrow
- Sometimes the opponent could just walk out of this randomly. Recieved some coding help from PsnDth for how to fix this. Thanks! Need to verify it doesn't happen in play testing.

- Added skin for Car5yn
- Added Emote now that they exist.
- Added AI Template by Gamer (may need refinement down the road when I figure out how to code AI lol.
- Adjust Enhanced Fspec scaling by 5 or 10. 70 -> 80.
- Fix issue where she can pineapple people on merchant port.
- Fix issue where her fspec cancels into the roll if its too close to the ground or air.

Enhanced Uspecial
- Nerfed KB scaling on this move from 80 -> 70 based on feedback that it was killing very early.

Dspecial
- Removed the strong start up hitbox on Dspecial to bring her in line with her current rivals version where that hitbox was also removed. Now the move should only grab.
- Nerfed the size of the grab box on the last 6 frames so it better matches the animation.

Colors
- Added a Sky color, thanks for supporting the character!
