Major change for 1.1.19 that leverages the updated Harmony patching rather than relying on Lua-based hooks. Functionality ought to remain the same.

- despite being totally valid `MeleeWeapon`s, medical items such as bandages are no longer considered weapons/tools
- removed mod icon from mod to make it even teenier
