- Defense multiplier from 1.5 to 1.47.

F-TILT
- KBS from 0.13 to 0.12.

F-STRONG
- The move has more scaling so that it doesn't do an uncharacteristically low amount of knockback at high percent. Still doesn't kill.

D-STRONG
- +2 endlag.

B-AIR
- Slight range reduction.

Parasect's fast frame data and high power is balanced by an exploitable, spikeable recovery as well as its horrid speed stats. As I buffed those speed stats slightly a while back, some other things need to be brought down a little bit. Especially B-Air and F-Tilt, the former of which should be harder to land and the latter killing later.

PATCH 1.9.1 - FIXES

Fixed an issue where Side-B would stick to a player who parried it.

Fixed up the hitboxes on Neutral-B and Ultra to reduce the size of the corner disjoints.
