New character interaction, that fires eliminated_health_problem_effect on a yearly pulse for characters that you use the interaction on. It also assigns a health modifier, to boost the health, as well as provide visual indication that the effect is active on a character.

Added naval_movement_speed_mult = 100 to the space marine custom modifier.
Addded DI_perma_health modifier, which gives 100 health (Godlike health modifier), only available via the permanent health interaction.

Added modifiers to reduce the various lifestyle xp gains to zero, these are only available via the character editor presents that fill out the lifestyle trees, they are automatically added when you fill out a tree.

Removed the old alliance gui menu, as all the functions were outdated, and the functionality was moved to the diplomacy manager.

Updated the diplomacy manager, specifically the treaties tab. It now includes various ways of modifying treaties and alliances, including forming / removing them between two selected characters, or all pinned characters and the primary selected character, or finally between every pinned character.

Fixed an issue with the main menu button that caused an error message to spam the error log if in observer mode.

Some small updates to localizations, mostly removing alliance menu locs and adding new locs for treaties.

Fixed an issue with the no traits checkbox in character spawner not actually giving the effect.

Fixed duplicate education traits for character spawner councilors and courtiers.

Fixes for various bugs around the new variable system.

Updated localization to be tidier, it's now organized in a single fashion, all keywords of a given window should be organized with others of the same window now. There are some exceptions for multi window labels, but they are generally organized in the highest level window they appear in.

Changed the visuals of the skills buttons, to hopefully make it clearer that the text of the skills is actually a button you have to click on.

Fixed an issue in the character spawner that was preventing a female parent from being spawned.

Removed the adoption window and its main menu button, moved the features that were present in that window to the family section of the diplomacy menu.

I really want to get the diplomacy menu ironed out, next up will be moving the alliance window into the diplomacy menu, likely under the treaties category. After that and likely on the same day, will be filling out the war section, which will have options for making people go to war, or join a war as an ally.

Reworked all the non-trait variables, with a matching story based variable system. As with the traits, you can now set the various default presets for the menu increment values, by editing the DI_misc_variables_story.txt file, in the story_cycles folder.

Added a test interaction to reset all the variables for this new story to default values, in case something somehow gets stuck, or if I forgot to account for something that can soft/hard-lock the menu.
