Update for 4.0
The custom animation sets weren't working properly.
Had to give mermaids default razordon animations and chimeras default Kharbidyss animations as basic fix until I have the time and care. Most won't notice a difference

Minor graphical fix for Madmen and Norscan Weres to smooth out some LoD transparency issues.
Balance -
Chaos Centaurs unit size increased from 60 to 70; I wanted them to be a little tougher in combat
Mermaids projectile tracking improved; Their song shouldn't miss as often.
Added Mermaids to the renown mercenary recruitment at level 10;

Forgot a table adjustment for the beastmen chimera

Added the units to the allied recruitment permissions table, they should show up in allied recruitment.
A few Chimera related updates-
Added to the Beastmen roster
Made slightly faster than a mammoth
Increased frequency of its jump attack, to give it a little more personality in combat
Should now look a little better at a distance.
