updated viewmodel texture to match worldmodel, done pretty quickly so its not perfect but at least it matches now

this update i guess is also in preparation for the backwards hat version, i didnt think about making it until a few minutes after publishing the big fix so lol

-Updated jacket (most noticable at the wrists)

-Fixed bile not applying to the jacket, shoes, head, and hair

-General file cleanup, removing leftovers and duplicates
