Ported Mission:
1. [UK] Bocage
Originated from MOWAS2, which was playing as USA however in actual battle of Battle of Bocage-Villers was actually focusing more on the UK fighting against the Germans.

Changes:
1. Due to nature of difficulty compare to MOW & GOH, Bocage and El Alamein have mines and dynamite for player to setup for defense.
2. El Alamein has more historic accurate tanks and asset during the battle. Addition asset was used as filler for gap in the mission

Fixes:
1. Battle of Hannut, R35 upgraded to R39 after medium Tier I upgrade
