+ FSpecial now checks if projectiles and articles have the 'Untargetable' variable, allowing characters to set projectiles and other objects as non-targetable
+ While Eggman doesn't have a custom final smash yet, he will now at least fully charge Power Laser (NSpecial) when getting his final smash (also the final smash meter on his HUD is properly offset and things like that now)

Nerfs
- FAir has a bit more startup and endlag, and some hitboxes (mainly the top and bottom late ones) have been weakened and made slightly smaller
- BAir tap sweetspot is slightly smaller
- Some additional moves have been made slightly slower (ex: Jab, FTilt, DTilt, UAir, NAir, etc)
- DTilt spike toned down a little bit
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added the iconic Announcement taunt! Hold up/down while doing taunt to make an announcement!
+ Added Egg Fleet, Eggmanland, and Frog Forest victory backgrounds (which one you get depends on what voice option you chose and what alt)
+ Added some extra SFX when FAir comes out + when it hits, to make it feel more like a large wrecking ball

- DSpecial robots now apply cooldown to both slots when summoned (to make it so Eggman can't summon two at the same time so easily), and Eggman starts with a bit of cooldown (so that he can't summon them immediately when the match begins). General cooldown numbers are also once again slightly increased

+ Added AoSTH / Pingas voice mode! Now Eggman has 4 entirely different voices instead of 3!
+ Added runes: E, F, G, H

Buffs
+ Egg Pawns now take less knockback while alive, to be a little harder to knock off-stage (they will still launch as far when killed however)
Nerfs
- While floating, Eggman can't move as quick horizontally (particularly if moving backwards). Float will also move downward slightly if used very high up, to prevent air camping
- After using USpecial, Eggman can no longer regain his Eggmobile unless he lands, walljumps, or hits someone (indicated by a new icon on his HUD). This makes his recovery just a little more restricted and mechless state a bigger weakness
- When Egg Pawns and Egg Flappers are destroyed, they add a bit more cooldown than before (300f->420f), and also add some cooldown to the other summon slot as well (120f)
- Egg Flappers are now more restricted in their positions, making them a little easier to reach
- Egg Flapper shots have less hitstun than before (0.75->0.5)
- NAir is 1 frame slower (f11->f12)
