Nerfs
- NSpecial jump cancel now only works on the ground (not that bad of a nerf though, as this working in the air made it a bit clunky to charge and hover, so on the other hand hovering during NSpecial charge will feel better)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed NSpecial laser not having parry stun (oops)
+ NSpecial will now stop charging when hitting max charge (making it clearer when it is full), and fixed being able to charge over the max amount (you can still hold it at max charge though)
