Uses improved input config to do the pause button stuff now since da vinka required it and is le epic mode

If player one pauses, the other players can no longer do inputs on the pause menu (unless they go to the dress my slugcat ingame menu)

Players other than the first can now press the pause button again to unpause the game as long as it was not the first player who paused

Also some of the main menu stuff goes back when you press the pause button now which is the really cool
