Unforeseen bug where Mario's meter can go into negative numbers in certain conditions, giving him enormous "meter debt" that he would then have to gain back. This is issue has been fixed along with slightly reducing the amount of meter he loses upon getting hit

+Mario's meter can no longer go below zero

+Mario now loses 4% upon getting hit instead of 5%

Mario is already strong, but this update gives him a few move cancel properties to make him really stylish

The most substantial change though is his meter gain, as he now gets it really fast and the ultra itself is cheaper. However, he can actually lose meter if hit, so he must maintain the momentum of the match to constantly use it.

I made this change as I didnt feel the Ultra needed a buff, but needed to come out more often. If successful, I might add this to more characters to make it a universal mechanic - balancing accordingly depending on the Ultra's strength

Universal damage update sorta broke Mario's Up B and overall kill potential. Up B has been fixed to work as originally intended, albeit more powerful then I originally wanted

[Hyper Wave Dash]

Mario can now do the hyper wave dash - which sends him farther and allows him to use smash attacks in midair (if wave dash is angled upwards)
