Added Dampen to multiple Fimir units
(Removes Magical Attacks from enemies and reduces their Magic resistence)

Added Fimir Stalkers & Daemons to Custom Battles
Made Fim Warriors have the same armor as Stalkers.

Gave access to Steel Faith's Fimir Stalker unit from the tier 3 infantry building.
Normalized a lot of RORs
Gave Contempt to the Greater Fimir, gave Magical Attacks to the lesser fimir to fit SF standards.
Nuckleeves buffed slightly
