Patch 0.0.5 - The Last Big Patch For Now (Hopefully)

Okay, I hope this will be the last patch for a while lmao

Attributes:
(+) An jumps slightly higher (16/16.5 -> 16.5/17)
(+) An’s airdashes travel further.
(-) An’s rolls are significantly slower.
(+) An’s rolls travel further.

Grounded Attacks:
(-) Jab 3: Damage decreased (5 -> 4.5)
(-) Jab 3: Knockback decreased (65 BKB/88 KBG -> 50 BKB/70 KBG)

(+) Forward Tilt: Damage increased (7 -> 9)
(+) Forward Tilt: Endlag decreased.

(+) Up Tilt: Multi-hit damage increased slightly (0.7 -> 0.9)

(While experimenting with this new patch, I found out that using the down special right as An landed on the ground will immediately bring her to the portion of the animation when the TV disappears. Since this move’s hitbox comes out on Frame 1 of the animation, this would give An a Frame 1 landing option that’s also able to be jump canceled. While this was fun and entertaining at first, I felt as the option could be too strong in most situations, thus the hitbox on the grounded version of the TV disappearing was removed.)

Patch 0.0.3 - The "OMG another patch!" patch

I’ve gotten a couple of notes about An’s lack of KO power in Fraymakers. While she was intended to have lower KO power than other characters, she did struggle a bit too much to KO opponents. This patch will hopefully buff those sorts of moves, as well as fixing some other things.

(+) Grab Range slightly increased. (not by much though lol)

Grounded Attacks:
(-) Jab 1: Slightly increased end lag.

(+) Forward Strong: Angle adjusted (38 -> 36)
(+) Forward Strong: Sour Spot Damage slightly increased (10 -> 10.3)
(+) Forward Strong: Sour Spot Knockback increased (55 BKB/55 KBG -> 60 BKB/65 KBG)
(+) Forward Strong: Sweet Spot Knockback increased (55 BKB/64 KBG -> 60 BKB/66 KBG)

0.0.2 - The "She needed it" patch

Despite my intentions for An Shiraishi to not be a problem spot when it comes to Fraymakers battles, it was clear that she was a little underpowered than I intended for her to be. This patch is being made to hopefully alleviate these issues.

(+) = Buff

Attributes:

(+) Weight Increased (82 -> 86)
(+) Aerial Speed Cap slightly increased (7 -> 7.3)
(+) Jump Squat now slightly faster.

Grounded Attacks:

(+) Jab 1: Now transitions into Jab 2 earlier.
(+) Jab 2: Now transitions into Jab 3 earlier.

(+) Up Tilt: Slightly increased multihit damage. (0.5 -> 0.8)

(-) Dash Attack: Increased end lag.
(~) Dash Attack: Shortened travel distance.
While this gives the move less range, it’ll hopefully remove a blind spot towards the beginning of the move.
(+) Dash Attack: Sour Spot Damage slightly increased. (6 -> 8)

(+) Down Smash: Sour spot angle altered. (48 -> 40)
(+) Down Smash: Base Knockback increased slightly. (45 BKG Sour -> 50 BKG Sour)
(+) Down Smash: Sour spot increased damage output. (10 -> 11)

Aerial Attacks:
(+) All Aerial Attacks have slightly less landing lag.

(+) Neutral Air: Damage output increased slightly. (6 -> 6.5)

(+) Hitboxes slightly adjusted to give the sweet spot a slightly bigger hitbox than previous.

(+) Back Air: Startup decreased (Frame 16 -> 14)
(-) Back Air: No longer grants less landing lag when landing right after the hitbox comes out. (This is slightly compensated by the general landing lag decrease of aerial attacks.)
(+) Hitboxes slightly adjusted to give the sweet spot a slightly bigger hitbox than previous.

(+) Down Air: Slightly decreased startup (Frame 18 -> 17)
(+) Down Air: Slightly increased knockback (35 BKB/29 KBG -> 38 BKB/33 KBG)

Special Attacks:
(~) Neutral Special: Increased travel speed. (4 -> 5)
Idk if this’ll be considered a nerf or buff. Buff because it reaches opponents faster, nerf because it actively stays out a shorter amount of time.
(+) Neutral Special: Cooldown decreased (110 -> 70)
Yeah, I don’t know why it was this high either.

(+) Side Special: Hitbox adjusted and increased. Now mostly a disjoint.
(+) Side Special: Increased damage output: (All deal 7 -> Tap deals 8;Hold deals 10;Flick deals 9.5)
(+) Side Special: Increased knockback on Tap (50 BKB/55 KBG -> 50 BKB/60 KBG)
(+) Side Special: Decreased startup and end lag slightly.
