Turret LODs have been added and the Hibiki radars have been fixed.

Faction and Type 32 turret now work.

First two hulls have been added, and the weapons now have sound effects.

Changed mod version from 1.0 to 0.1
Update schedule:
0.1: initial release. Has interior components and capital ship weapons.
0.2: remaining weapons, jammers, illuminators, fire control radars
0.3: Hibiki-class corvette, Yukikaze-class destroyer, and Kagero-class destroyer
0.4: Nagato-class light cruiser, Takao-class heavy cruiser
0.5: Kirishima-class battlecruiser, Yamato-class battleship
1.0: Kyojin-class superdreadnought, all hulls and components assigned to their own faction
