The 0.9.8 Update, First Version Available On Steam!

It Basicially Just Tweaks The Mod.

- Added Support for Steam Workshop

- Updated the mod to 1.5.5 version of GDT

- Tweaked platform's dates
- Tweaked platform's marketshare
- Tweaked platform's descriptions
- Tweaked the Game Announcing feature
