+ Increased slot capacity of crafter to 5000

~ Gatherers can now no longer be activated/deactivated, I don\'t think anyone was using that anyway
+ Fixed tribute gatherer default speed so that it\'s not gathering one of everything every second
+ Artifact gatherer now requires 6 generic artifacts so that it\'s accessible on all maps
