Anti "Gaddarnit, Why!?" Patch:

-Fixed Huge Who's Who machine problem that basically just made it useless and steal your money.
(FYI that perk can only be acquired once per person and it is not re-buy-able after death)
-Made Who's Who area of use larger as that was very frustrating.

-Added exception handling to prevent nukes being awarded repeatedly while you already had one.

-Added handler that (should) remove the flame walkers after the round ends.

-Added twice the amount of combat banter lines for everyone so you don't have to hear Scopey complain about his life like a parrot with the same two sentences 20 times in under a five minute period if you're unlucky.

-Fixed problem where the media friendly version would not actually switch anything cause I'm an idiot who didn't name it right.

Hot patch that should fix the issue where the Magma Imperials special wave did not count the ATPT's as dead and therefore prevent the mission from continuing.

Added Mission options to choose between the default experience and a media friendly one that replaces "115" with royalty free metal and increases the light in the first arena phase.

Changed the intro video speed to hopefully be more synced, hopefully, but I give up at this point it's been days worth of trial and error.

Hotfix to increase failure laugh volume. Redid framework for intro tutorial so that it doesn't get bogged up and the timing is more fault tolerant. Redid framework for last stand dialogue because it was just blatantly incomplete.
