1. Updated crafting recipe to use all 4 military backpacks, previously it only used one.

1. Updated to B42.
2. Fixed skinning so the backpack correctly moves with the backpack bone.
3. Backpack can now attach a sleeping bag, same as the Military Backpack.
4. Tweaked the visuals to remove texture bleeding errors on the seamlines.

- Removed gaining metalwork EXP when crafting the pack
