Hole 18 Spawn adjusted.

Fixed the walls on hole 4.

Hole 3 redesigned and adjusted to make it less of an annoyance.

Added a Tombstone to visualize the "trap-path" in the ghost-maze.

Hole 15 fixed a plant blocking the path.
