Changes to the UB:
- From +20% naval unit production, down to +15% naval unit production.
- Gives 150% more Gold to the city conqueror, compared to 100% previously.

Changes to the UU:
- New UU model. Source of the model is in the .txt file.

Others:
- Added more cities and city names (now up to 25).
- Tweaked the AI's personality and flavor bias a little bit.
- A few text fixes.
