Update to help Spongebob combo into his kill moves better and just overall round some things up with him. He was already very strong, but relied too much on Down Throw Up Smash. Hopefully now he can be played in a more creative way.

+Front Tilt now ends 2 frames sooner

+Dash Attack now launches forward and attack cancels on hit

+Lowered hitstun on Down Air so it can combo into itself just like NASB

+Spongebob is now invincible during Ultra, but vulnerable during the first 6 frames

+Side B hitbox size slightly increased

+Side B extra hop now has zero horizontal velocity, allowing it to combo into Rainbow Kick

+Air Down B Hitbox size increased

+Ground Down B projectile speed increased from 3 to 4

=Fixed glitch on crouch where Chip would not appear

Whoops, bubble didnt update

+Bubble FOR SURE now staggers
+Removed knockback scaling on Nair/Back Air/Forward Air
+Up Air knockback reduced from 9 to 7 (Trust me, its a buff, it makes it so combos extend longer)
+Air Down B knockback scaling increased from 0.1 to 0.15
