[CARBON SWAG SEASON 3 UPDATE]

+Spongebob can now use Up Smash in midair via up special - where first its up smash then defaults back to Up special, only reseting when spongebob lands

+Recovery Up B now travels higher (To make up for new toggle mechanic)

+Recovery Up B now deals twice as much damage and slightly launches foes, finally allowing for roof kills to be possible with it

+Recovery Up B can now be attack canceled upon hit

+Air dodge now travels farther

+Rolling now travels farther

-Jab knockback reduced from 8 to 7

+Ftilt hitbox size increased

-Ftilt knockback reduced from 9 to 6

+UpTilt hitstun increased

+Dair has 1 less frame of endlag

+Dair launch angle shifted to be lower, allowing for Down Air to combo into itself like NASB

+Dair now has property where grounded foes are sent forward, allowing for spike follow ups and removing potential infinities

+Nair/Fair/Bair has 1 less frame of endlag

+Nair/Fair/Bair hitstun increased

-Nair/Fair/Bair knockback reduced from 7 to 5

+Down Throw launch angle changed from 85 to 87 to better combo into Up Smash
+Down Throw has 1 less frame of endlag to better combo into Up Smash

+Air Down B now has a larger hitbox on its first active frame
+Air Down B can now be held
-Air down B hitbox starts 2 frames later
-Air down B now has 1 extra frame of endlag when landing
