Added the Slowing Mug. This mug will slow down your creation when it is active, which has many uses.

The worm is dead, or, at least it should be.

The StabiliZING Mug now has a crafting recipe for survival (or at least an updated one).

It should require:
-Lvl 1 Sport Suspension
-Mug

Originally, the StabiliZING Mug needed time to "power up." It would take a few seconds to get to full power, which limited the ability of the user to make a convincing engine. I updated it to remove this "powering up" sequence.
