• fixed a crash with cold circuit and hacking

• Changed the source of the damage from ramming into creatures in attempt to fix some creatures not fighting back after you ram into them with electric circuit. Unfortunately, this removed this combination.
• A few IA compatibality stuff:
- Different fx with speed circuits when on boat
- Hacking action is now affected by thermal circuit

•fixed a bug with ui not lighting up circuits correctly
•tweaked speed circuit values blah blah too lasy to type everything out
•cold circuit standing still interaction removed, now cools you down through working and attacking enemies, freezing those in the process

CHANGES:
- Stat circuits now give 30/75 stats instead of 40/100
- You can now use circuit extractor to break down circuits for some bio data in return
- Sleep now always regenarates a charge every 6 seconds
- Static absorption form health circuits now becomes a bit less effective with several circuits, minimum damage is increased to 5 from 3
- Hunger circuit no longer decreases negative stats from food
- Hunger circuit now gives a static amount of additional time (30 seconds) before the next charge drain instead of multiplying the timer by 1.2
- 2 night vision circuits now give very slightly more max camera distance
- Heat circuit now increases your row strength too
- Speed circuits now decrease your speed slightly slower when you stop
- Electric circuits now require 8/4/3/2 hits to gain a charge instead of 12/6/4/3 and window for attacks that give charge after the target was shocked is increased from 3 seconds to 3.5 seconds

I forgot to update health circuit values when I was porting up to date code tee hee
Now it should be as much as other circuits (40 and 100) instead of being higher
