Can now buffer reverse FTilt after a Jab (thanks to Supersonic)

Added an additional draw for Burst Stream of Destruction to avoid the hitbox randomly disappearing during gameplay while it hits.
This also ends up fixing the issue where Burst Stream sprite would be the wrong way round if Kaiba was facing the opposite direction to Blue Eyes.
Blue Eyes Burst Stream of Destruction (NSpecial attack) now consistently hits the same way regardless of whether Kaiba is facing the same way as Blue-Eyes or not (Whether this makes it easier to DI or not I'm not sure but at least it always hits the same way now)

Fixed ABC Dragon Buster despawn sprite facing the wrong way if Kaiba is facing the opposite direction.

Same with Maiden with Eyes of Blue, she now despawns in the correct direction.

Buffs:

Changed priority on Fair Sweet spot so that it actually hits

Nerfs:
Blue-Eyes Cooldown 500 frames -> 600 frames (specifically because the AI spams it so much on Rivals Casino)
Can no longer turn while in flight with Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon (USpecial)
Other monsters go on cooldown while Kaiba is standing in their location. This is to prevent a desync online caused by multiple monsters being hit at once, namely Maiden counter being in the same spot as Blue-Eyes. So we now follow Yu-Gi-Oh rules where monsters can't occupy the same space as each other.

Changed hit effects on Fair to be more like a Typhoon. Also changed the hit sound of the sweetspot.

Kaiba now has a Final Smash, the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. This Final Smash is extremely slow and in true anime fashion involves a lot of dramatic buildup to the attack, but if you get hit by it its a guaranteed kill.

Fixed Kaiba's monsters crashing in Abyss mode.

Added conditions which allow Shovel Knight to bounce off Kaiba's monsters.
Carol the Wildcat now registers Kaiba's monsters as a bounceable target.
Ruber Hornet now reacts to hitting Kaiba monsters.

(These interactions may be a bit jank due to the custom hit detection)

(Basically want this to be a bit better for combos as right now it doesn't really link the kit well and makes moves feel somewhat disjointed. Yes, he has giant dragons, but there should be at least one move that can combo into another)
