After a bit more time moving things around in the level, I finally added some zones into the buildings and updated everything I had in my levels so far. With my improved knowledge, I hope to make better levels for everyone to enjoy in the future, and that actually pose as a challenge to people who are becoming "bored" with the game.

Today I have fixed the wiring and made sure that everything works as planned. The only thing that I now need to update is the lighting behind the fixtures and the zones to make sure that the level is finally completed. Thanks for supporting my second level everyone, and please enjoy!
