An update focused on improving the implementation of the gold collection area.

• Added a mod setting for changing the area in which gold is collected.
• Added a mod setting for changing the speed at which gold is collected.
• Changed the implementation of the pick up area to reduce jank and possibly improve performance.

• Fixed a small bug.
• Remembered that I want to make this less jank at some point - I will get around it sometime.
