Crash fixes, Duck launch no longer has a hitbox

- Nepho is now usable again (mistakes were made)
- Nepho now uses meter for FEAR, but doesn't require a full bar to use.
- BATHOS REWORK.
- Bathos now has an Alt Toggle, letting you manually trigger the followup for 1 bar of meter.
- This version is NOT interruptable on opponent ready, meaning not using a free cancel on the manual followup (Jumpscare) makes ou cripplingly minus.
- UI and visual tweaks
- Trypano's melee hitbox is now 2 frames faster, while the projectile is 1 frame faster
- Needles are now parriable on the first 4 frames of their lifespan, becoming unparriable afterwards.
- Parry timing is not needed.
- General increase to passive FEAR gain.

Fear loss on opponent negative sadness removed. In exchange, lose sadness if you get hit oe block an opponent's move.

- FEAR is now gained passively equal to opponent sadness divided by 20, every frame
- If the opponent has max sadness, Phobos will be able to instantly trigger install, regardless of other conditions.
- This gain is set to a solid 5 units per frame if the opponent has sadness.
- All versions of belone with be f17 iasa
- All versions of Belone will be +1 on block
- Grounded Traumato will no longer GB, but be +3 on block. Aerial version is +2 on block rather than +3.
- Aichmo will be f11 and GB, with an alt toggle that turns it into the current version if the move.
- Midget Kick will be a f5 low, that low profiles starting f4.
- Bathos will be unparriable, but neutral on block.
- Acro will have a super variant that will do damage based on fear value.
- Install music will be togglable, rather than forced to play.
- Install will accelerate the new gimmick
- At max FEAR and with specific meter thresholds in install, opponent will have the following debuffs:
- 2 meter: Phobos gains a 4% higher damage output on all her attacks
- 4 meter: all opponent moves lose 1 frame of blockstun
- 6 meter: Opponent takes 1 extra frame of blockstun
- 8 + meter: all effects at the same time
- if Phobos is at max fear, using her nepho will give her meter instead
- Nepho is no longer usable AT ALL
- Exceptions include Inf Resources and if the Sadness Enabled gamerule is turned off, so she is capable of doing something without sadness

Removed Armor from dash forward
Dash forward is now iasa f10 on mind distance, rather than f8
