Massive update:
Decapitate: Now has no base dmg modifier, but can now crit normally. Removed the damage modifier vs Human. Increased the vs Bleeding modifier by 10% and added a dmg bonus vs targets below 60% HP and stunned. Removed the free crit vs stunned and the crit bonus vs marked.

On the Prowl: Replaced the damage bonus vs Stunned with damage vs below 60% hp. Added a +100% crit bonus vs targets below 30% hp.

Distraction: The stun and per battle limits have been removed. The shuffle has been replaced with a 2 round stumble, meaning affected enemies will self shuffle at the start of their turn. Increased the speed debuff and removed the dodge debuff. Added a new debuff that increases damage taken while in row 1 for 2 rounds. Increased base acc by 5.

The collector trinket has been removed and added to the Meshi Heads add-on. Expect a larger rework in the future.
