Update pairing functionality (the prefab was turned off for some reason)

Remove debug print statements and debug buttons; change outlines on text components (it is now visible even on bright background)

Add black outline to rangefiner and timer texts, fix bug that was blocking weapon from unholstering if PDA was paired and player was killed

Created a new item.
