Similar feature will come to the Max Level Potion in future updates- Upon consumption by an already max level player/dino, a warning message is displayed

- The Exp Level Up Potion is no longer consumed when used by an already max level player/dino. A similar feature will be updated to the Max Level Potion in future updates
- Upon consumption of the potions by max level player/dino, a warning message is displayed.

Fixed bug where xp was not properly added if a levelup was already available for the character.
