* Moved the control panels for the fuel cranes closer to the edge of the rig and added a dial that also displays the winch length to them.

* Added physics flooders to a few more of the small liquid tanks, as it's highly unlikely that players will ever need to go into them.

* Added rope anchors to the stairwells near sea level so that small boats and tender craft can be moored there more easily.

* Added an extra winch/crane next to the refinery that has an electrical cable anchor and rope anchors, so that anyone visiting the rig can recharge their vessels or just moor their ships next to it even if they don't need to load up on any fuel or oil.

* Replaced the Wellhead's large winches with huge ones, that way any players that are unlucky enough to end up spawning in world seeds that have the oil rig base in deep water should now be able to lower the Wellhead all the way down without ROV's or Mini subs.

Be advised that this creation does not support the Deeper Oceans mod.

* Fixed a bug with the thumbnail.
