Fixed a couple of palette errors by setting default colors without changing the actual color of the Merc.

Created Voice lines with the original voice from JA3 since she had only one that I only used to clone her voice.
So the voice lines are 100% created by me.
Full voiced now! Hope you will enjoy. :)
Should these lines appear in other mods then you will know that they were definately taken from my mod.

Recreated Deedee as a hireable Merc! Please make sure to leave her in a extra squad when you go to her sector to do her quest just to make sure nothing weird happens.
So far I had no issues but better be safe then sorry. :)
