Possible fix for the duplicated tab in game after some loading? Need more feedback as I can't reproduce the bug it seems

Already an update and I am very sorry about it!
From popular demand over the mod as well as letting others have some "space" for their own tabs, I changed this mod to have a single new tab for modded mercs.

The change will after your mods if you already changed Tier IDs.

I will not change again the Tier's id from now on. If there is a modification, I might add Tier but not remove anymore.
I am very sorry for the problem!
