--Fixes:
Positive Algiz effect no longer triggers on room revisit
The donation machine no longer resets to 0 after touching it
Fixed coop not working
Starting a run in greed mode doesn't move you to the bottom of the room
Eden will no longer start with Rune essence items
Rune essence items will no longer appear in Cantripped challenge
