UPDATE: for game version 0.29.0 Painting and Decals can now be resized in-game, inverted and go to 8x8. Groups reduced to 1 group.

Any ships saved with OLDER decals can still be loaded but the decals will need to be re-applied and re-saved.

Added 3 new decals to the [icons] basegame folder.
