- officially added enemy jets to 13 conquest maps for usa/ger/rus factions (finally)
- sped up "faster/newer" jets a bit


Enemy jets will now have a random chance of spawning in to attack your flags. AA now has more of a role to play in conquest. Next update, we will hopefully have enemy "vehicle/mg/cannon" emplacements working for attack days, and possibly mines as well.

- attempt #3 with enemy jets in conquest (still a couple maps that seem to be acting up)
- possible fix for enemy defense mgs

- went through all vehicles that had crew placement seats setup incorrectly
- adjusted bullet projectile sound volume, and distance

- fixed some conquest scripts (still working with enemy jets, some maps still arent working)
- added in heavy mgs to AI defense (still testing with this, may not work right still)
- slowed down all jets a bit (from rl speeds, to 700kmh and 500kmh for slower ones)
- fixed atgm not having HE explosion on impact
- removed all vanilla maps from conquest
