- swapped "vehicle" ai to "AI" instead of "USER" control (this seems to have fixed the lazy vehicle targeting)
- replaced Remington 870 with the Beneli M4 (this applies to any unit that originally carried it)

- added USA police to conquest AI defender pool (this includes city, country, and SWAT police)
