- added a 0.1 sec delay to all auto cannon distant sounds
- added a 0.1 sec delay to all atgm distant sounds
- added a 0.25 sec delay to all large cannon distant sounds

- deleted the checkered uh-1
- deleted the checkered mi-4

- increased "iron sight" ranges to 300m
- increased "optic sighted" ranges to 400m
- decreased all vison ranges by 35% (roughly)
- increased "recon" vision by around 25%
- increased distant small arms gun shots sounds a bit
- added 2 more layers of "range-accuracy" values for the longer ranges
- decreased accuracy at longer ranges

- improved AI targeting a bit more, added new commands

- decreased "track" amount on field to 10k (was still causing issues)
