- did some major optimization pretty much everywhere (this includes LOD settings, squad size limits for bots, and CP amount for skirmishes) This should boost a lot of peoples FPS significantly, it did for me

- fixed .50 cal distant sounds for all vehicles
- fixed m16a2 fire rate (was only firing 2 round burst)
- lowered priority significantly for BOTs to spawn in mortars/atgms



This update will leave the game looking a bit uglier, but should overall increase FPS significantly and make MP/Skirmish modes much more playable

- updated all vehicle 1st person views and added an "open top" view for the commander of every tank/ifv, as well as focusing the view on mounted machine guns to their iron sights
