Reworked the Split Spear. The issue where Split Spears could not be picked up after hitting a target has been resolved, and they can now be stored in the bandolier.

Officially implemented the Infrasound Grenade, Compact Repulsion Generator, and Throwable Detonator (the first two have a very low chance of naturally spawning in shipwrecks and can also be purchased with Alliance reputation, while the Throwable Detonator must be crafted).
Fixed the missing texture issue of the Infrasound Grenade.
