Changed the mode switch key to "X"

Removed sounds, as they were rather annoying. Now it's a quiet laser.

Also made it fire immediately when you click, no more waiting for it to warm up. Now you can do a single pulse to get through a wall.

Found an error that made the tool tip to show for all tools. Now it only shows when Laser Blaster is equipped.
