Updated Minimap image with new art style

Changed water render settings to reduce tiling

Changed VP layout from triangle to central line
Old VP positions on clifftops have been replaced by moving capture point in that sector, and adding more cover there.
+5 munitions point removed from cliff
Middle munitions point has been changed from +5 to +10

Factory buildings moved from top to middle munitions depot area
Large rocks added near munitions depot to help flank the buildings when leaving your base.
Hangar and ruins added to old factory positions

Adjustments to base MGs to stop them overlapping cutoff points slightly
Base sectors flattened more to increase build space (hopefully you won't run out of space for buildings)

Many minor cover adjustments to improve balance
Walls adjusted to try and reduce glitches where players can gain line of sight through walls (this seems to be a game issue)
Changes to atmosphere settings and fog
Adjusted raised platform on left side to help vehicles path

Added new minimap image, which is less noisy and fits in better with vanilla maps.

Thank you Roamer for the feedback on build areas not being large enough:

-playable area expanded slightly to make bases larger
-Terrain in bases smoothed to make it easier to place certain buildings
-rightmost coastal guns and fortress moved away from base to clear room
-MG bunkers moved to allow more central space in each base
-Cutoff points nearer to the coast have been moved out of base MG range
-Fixed canopy on leftmost building so that soldiers don't clip through it when standing on roof
-Added collision to coastal ruins to prevent call in units from clipping through
-Reduce brightness of fog slightly
-Fire particle effect added near fire barrels as they are supposed to be a fixed light source
-Map entry points rotated so that called in units are facing the correct way
-HQs repositioned slightly so that support center/training center/etc. spawn in a better position
-Sight blockers on cliffs adjusted so that people on top can see some of what is below
-Improved movement blockers around the tank being constructed by crane so that pathing is better when rotating around.
