-Forgot to add the new summon to the AI reapers.

-Added a new summon!
- The Dimensional Construct summons an Automaton from another reality. This summon uses almost exclusively reaper skills and has 5 DE from the get go. It is unlocked at level 11 like the voidwoken and has been incorporated into Call of the Void as well.
-Slight Soul Glyph rework, the souls are now tankier than before, but if you manage to kill the soul it will automatically kill the body as well. Usually the body will die before the soul anyway, but if they survive via healing or whatnot the soul serves as a means of executing them.
-Touch up to my Soul Binding/Soul Glyph damage transfers.
-Affliction now applies your weapon's on hits as well instead of only the random status that it selects.

-Fix for Avengers not getting the special name colors.
-Slightly reduced the scale of the phoenix summons, since their hit box was quite annoying.
-Hopefully some fixes for the summon skills vanishing off the skillbars in multiplayer as the non host, no idea what is causing this so might not be fixed yet.

-Added some lua code to ensure Soul Reap and Ankle bitter AP costs matched your weapon attack cost. I don't know why, but using LL's Weapon Expansion Beta alongside was making them cost 1 instead of following the "OverrideMinAP" rules in the stat entries, so I manually corrected it here. No impact if you don't use weapon expansion, just some cleanup code.

-Removed Unstable from the Dimensional Avengers, cause dying AFTER you win a fight is lame.
