Updated RSCG Type 45 LAV.

Fixed - Cooling loop is now clutched (derp)
Added - A secret box of cupcakes somewhere

Updated RSCG Type 45 LAV.

Fixed - Cooling system is now pumped and liquid filled? (seemed to work fine before but a friend twisted my arm)
Added - DAE RPSL Touch Comp now has limitable throttle (default to 0.8) allowing more stability at high throttle
Painted - Added a graphic to the sides of the hood to make it a littler prettier when the hood's open
