-Added support for right click to use items in preparation for Terraria Automation Pipe Wrench
-Added BinaryHelper for loading/saving custom world data for Terraria Automation Pipes.
-Fixed issue where all of my timers don't reset when switching worlds causing them to never trigger a check again until the player plays the same amount of time as they did in the previous world. (@Gtinmrmr)

-Fixed the UI being hovered checks for all androLib UI being in Weapon Enchantments..... (Maybe having all of my mods enabled all the time even when testing is a bad idea. Sorry non-WeaponEnchantments users. The UI would not have been working completely correctly. The one I know of for sure is that the recipe scroll menu isn't supposed to move when scrolling while hovering over one of my scrollable UIs.)
-Significant Behind the scenes changes to the core of how bags work in preparation of adding the Hexproof Pouch to Weapon Enchantments. You shouldn't notice anything change at all. If you do, please report it. (Changing all of the abstract bag classes to interfaces so that I can make new items a mod specific abstract modItem while still inheriting everything needed to be a bag since you can't inherit from two classes.)
-Being able to right click any bag in any inventory moved from VacuumBags to androLib so it will apply to bags without needing VacuumBags installed...... I'm 0/2 today .
-Fixed being able to right click a bag while it's in a shop to open the bag's inventory.

-Fixed the multiplayer item duplication issue, however, the "fix" that caused the item duplication bug was to allow items go be picked up into bags/enchantment storage when the inventory is full. I made a new system to send info to the server, but it's very imperfect. It took ~6 hrs today to get to where it is now, so I probably won't touch it again any time soon.
